Plenty of free parking on site.
Please enter via the main reception and follow the signs to the indoor sports area.
When the session is finished the music will stop and you will be asked to leave via the side exit.

info sheets will be at each activation station with instructions on how to take on the challenge.
Each 1 hour session there will be a record breakers score board. 3 activation stations will be choosen for the score board and if you break the record you will be on the leaderboard. Prizes will be handed out at the end of each hour for those that have topped the record leader board.
Look out for the Energsie commentator who will be on the microphone joining in and setting random prize challenges throughout the 1 hour session.
These sessions are designed for all the family to join in and have fun however the age range for the stations are aimed for 5-12+ year olds and of course older and adults.
All children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
If you arrive late you will miss out some of the action so please arrive on time.
